 Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Our goal is to provide exceptional window cleaning services and ensure your satisfaction.

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 12 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns, including offering a free touch-up where applicable.

  •  Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:

  • If the service could not be completed due to issues on our end (e.g., equipment failure or technician error).

  • If a rescheduled appointment cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances and no suitable alternative is agreed upon.

  •  Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If access to the property or cleaning area was not provided at the scheduled time.

  • If cancellation occurs outside the cancellation policy window 24 hours notice required for cancellations.

  • For pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to the service.

  •  Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [betruevisioncleaning@gmail.com] within 3 days of the service date.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 9 to 14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
