 Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to provide exceptional window cleaning services and ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 12 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to address your concerns, including offering a free touch-up where applicable.
 Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be offered in the following circumstances:
If the service could not be completed due to issues on our end (e.g., equipment failure or technician error).
If a rescheduled appointment cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances and no suitable alternative is agreed upon.
 Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If access to the property or cleaning area was not provided at the scheduled time.
If cancellation occurs outside the cancellation policy window 24 hours notice required for cancellations.
For pre-existing damage or issues not disclosed prior to the service.
 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [betruevisioncleaning@gmail.com] within 3 days of the service date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 9 to 14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
