Terms & Conditions

  These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by True Vision Cleaning ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("customer" or "client"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

  • We offer professional window and gutter cleaning for residential and commercial properties.

  • Additional services may include indoor glass surface and window cleaning, gutter cleaning, as agreed upon in the booking.

  • Booking Confirmation: Appointments are confirmed once scheduled via phone, email, or online.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed before service.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon or before arrival of services unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include cash or credit card.

  • Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may incur late fees after 1 to 3 days.

  • Late Fee: of $45 will be automatically added to the balance due 

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations after this period may incur a fee of $45.

  • Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule up to 12 hours before their appointment without penalty.

  • Access to Premises: Customers must provide access to the property on the scheduled service date.

  • Clear Work Area: Customers should remove fragile or valuable items near windows or cleaning areas.

  • Pets and Safety: Customers are responsible for securing pets during the service.

  • While we take every precaution, True Vision Cleaning is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, or structures.

    • Delicate or specialty glass requiring specific cleaning instructions not disclosed by the customer.

  • If damage occurs due to our negligence, notify us within 3 days, and we will address the issue promptly.

We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us within 12 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain, storms), we may need to reschedule your appointment for safety reasons. Customers will be notified promptly.

True Vision Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website or email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ohio. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
